Shoulder Pain
Are you limiting the time you spend holding your kids because of pain in your shoulder? Are you having difficulties getting out the door on time because your shoulder pain is flaring up and slowing you down when you're dressing, combing your hair, or shaving?
The shoulder joint is a complex joint which includes your humerus, shoulder blade (scapula), and collar bone (clavicle). Our shoulder joint is designed to have a large amount of mobility which allow our arm and hand to move around in lots of different planes of motion. However, when there is a restriction, compensations can develop that can lead to pain and dysfunction.

At Piton PT, we understand that shoulder pain can't be holding you back from activities. Dr. Gray is board certified in orthopedics. This allows you to receive high-quality, one-on-one, evidence-based care.
